Dr. Aashish Deshpande is a medical physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  He joined the staff of Chelsea Back Care in 2008 and his focus is on Pain Management, Brain Injury, and Workers Compensation treatment. His training was in PM&R as well as Neurology. He worked in South Bend Indiana with a private group for 11 years before joining the practice. Dr. Deshpande was the director of the Brain injury program at St. Joseph Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana.  He can perform EMG testing.  He also has specialized training and expertise in the use of Neurotoxins (BOTOX) for pain management, headache, spasticity, and neck pain/dystonia.
