 Dr. Adam Agranoff is a medical physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  He joined the staff of Chelsea Back Care in 2001.  His focus is on treatment of musculoskeletal disorders with a special interest in treating spinal pain.  He also treats patients for functional impairments related to neurological disorders such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, neuromuscular disease, spinal cord injury, amputees and others.  He has a special interest in interventional pain management such as fluoroscopically guided facet (z-joint), epidural, sacro-iliac steroid injections, and medial branch nerve blocks.  He also performs in-office injections including: trigger points, major joints, bursae, carpal tunnel and others.
