Dr. Alexandra Selim Theisen is a physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  Dr. Theisen was born and raised in the Detroit suburbs.  She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Michigan and medical school at Northwestern University in Chicago.  She then received her specialty training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Michigan where she served as Chief resident her senior year.  Dr. Theisen joined the staff of Chelsea Back Care in 2000 and she specializes in disorders of the back and neck.  Dr. Theisen is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and in Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
